Leadership Development

Church leaders have to assess: how well is the strategy being executed? Often the gap between strategy and execution becomes a lid to a church's full potential. Embassy Equipping will take your leadership through a process toward a strategically effective leadership rhythm and tested leadership principles and techniques.

• Embassy will help your leadership understand the difference between strategy and leading to accomplish the strategy. You will see what effective leadership requires and what are the obstacles to it in your context - including how the leader has to continue to develop in order to lead the team toward the missional goal.

• Outcomes: A fresh understanding and a clear pattern for the growth of leadership that is shared and measurable.

• Format: Normally an in-person seminar format in a team setting. Can be accomplished over a single day or a weekend. If not local to the St. Louis, MO area, pre-work can be accomplished without travel with a single in-person seminar to complete the training. We can also work virtually if that is what is needed for your context.

• Investment: Tiered approach based on church size: $500 - $1500
