Team & Organizational Assessment

“How are we doing?” is a question that is in the minds of many church leaders. Others are: “Are we set up to succeed?” or  “Am I correctly understanding our current situation?” Embassy Equipping provides assessment tools for your entire organization, your staff, or your team to help you answer these questions, often as a first step toward a strategic plan or a ministry plan.

  • Outcomes: A shared understanding of strengths & areas for next steps with feedback from your stakeholders.

  • Format: Tools and a structured process for getting feedback and input over a 4-6 week period, followed by debrief sessions with individuals and teams, as appropriate.

  • Investment: Tiered approach based on church size: $250 - $750*

Strategic Planning

Embassy Equipping will help you understand your current situation, status, and capabilities (see included Assessment above), then help you find where you and your leadership desire your organization to be in the coming years. We have a structured process to help you come to a unified and inspiring picture of your future - a future you are ready to move toward.

  • Outcomes: Clarified vision and plan with shared commitment from your team.

  • Format: In person seminar. Multiple sessions possible if in the St. Louis, MO area, or a single day or weekend seminar with staged pre-work if travel is required.

  • Investment: Tiered approach based on church size: $500 - $1500*

Individual Assessment & Coaching

Embassy Equipping provides individual and cohort assessment, coaching and action planning. Tools include a Certified DISC assessment and debrief for individuals and teams and regular coaching sessions. Coaching package options for individuals are:

  • Coaching Package A:

    • 3 months of coaching sessions

    • 2 sessions a month

    • Email, text and spot calls support outside of session

    • $450 total investment, $150 invoiced monthly 

  • Coaching Package B:

    • 6 months of coaching sessions 

    • 1 session per month 

    • Email, text and spot calls support outside of session

    • $600 total investment, $100 invoiced monthly

  • Option C is a per session coaching price of $125 per session.
